A: No, Tinkaari is an online-only brand. All purchases are made through our website.

A: Orders typically take 3 to 7 working days to reach you, depending on your location.
Q: Do you offer international shipping?
A: Not at the moment — we currently ship only within Pakistan.
Exchange & Returns
Q: What is your exchange policy?
A: We accept exchanges for size issues or defective items. To request an exchange, please contact us within 3 days of receiving your order at care@tinkaari.com. Items must be unused and in original packaging.
Q: Do you offer refunds?
A: We currently do not offer refunds. However, we do allow exchanges as long as your item qualifies.

A: Yes. Each Tinkaari piece is handcrafted in small batches with attention to detail and quality.

A: We recommend gentle hand wash or machine wash on delicate for most pieces. Specific care instructions are provided with each product.
