Shipping Information
Delivery Within Pakistan:

We offer nationwide delivery through trusted courier partners.

Cash on Delivery (COD) is available across most locations.

Orders are typically dispatched within 3–5 business days after confirmation.

Once shipped, your order should arrive within 2–4 business days (depending on your location).

You’ll receive a tracking number by SMS or email once your order is on the way.
Delivery Charges:
We offer free shipping on all orders above PKR [Insert Amount]. For smaller orders, a flat delivery fee of PKR [Insert Fee] applies.

International Shipping

Returns & Exchanges
Because each Tinkaari piece is handcrafted in small batches, we handle returns with care.
We accept exchanges or returns in the following cases:

You received a wrong or defective item

The item was damaged during delivery

You received the wrong size (only for non-custom orders)
Conditions:

Return/exchange request must be made within 3 days of delivery

Item must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging

Customer is responsible for return shipping charges (unless the error is on our end)
Not Eligible for Returns:

Sale/discounted items

Custom or made-to-measure orders

Minor variations in embroidery, color, or finish (due to handmade nature)
